Het programma
Many students and employees struggle with feelings of stress and anxiety. Do you recognize stressful feelings, and are you aware of your personal stressors? Awareness is the first start before being able to reduce stress. Luckily, we have many ways to influence the levels of stress ourselves by boosting our resilience.
In this workshop, we will focus on the transition from study to work, which may cause stressful feelings; for many, this is a big change. During this workshop, we share practical tips and theory, but we also ask you to actively reflect, and participate in exercises. We aim for you to gain insights on how to prevent or influence stress in the future, enabling you to make (and retain) a vital start to your career.
However, do you seek more in-depth information about this physical phenomenon, how to reduce your stress level, become aware of your coping styles, and how to change your thoughts more in-depth? Then please register for the stress management workshop: Stressmanagement training | Tilburg University. This training consists of 3 training sessions of 1.5 hours in a small group (maximum of 15 participants). Participants are expected to attend each session. During the training, we will be working in plenary and in pairs.
