The personal effectiveness workshop is aimed at developing skills and behavior that lead to personal success and effectiveness. It is based on the work of Stephen R. Covey, author of the book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". Themes such as taking responsibility, increasing the influence of your actions on your own life and that of others, proactivity and goal setting are some of the components we will delve into in more detail. In short, you learn how to get behind the wheel of your own life (again). We discuss all 7 habits to increase your personal effectiveness.

Method
Theory and practice, interactive. In this workshop we use a lot of images and do exercises to explain and experience the 7 qualities of personal effectiveness. We apply a maximum group size so that participants are assured of useful learning moments.
